Probationary period work
Hourly wage 10,320 won/month 3 to 3.5 million won
Basic salary + overtime/special pay + various allowances for standard work
3-month probationary period applies
Working conditions
5-day work week -> 150% overtime pay applied for working on public holidays/weekends

Production, Printing: Day/Night 2-shift / 2-team 2-shift
Working hours
Day shift 08:00 ~ 17:00 + (3H for overtime)
Night shift 20:00 ~ 05:00 + (3H for overtime)

Base salary + 400% bonus (differentially applied based on months of service)
Basic salary + overtime/special pay + various allowances for basic work


Free apartment-style dormitory provided (no management fees, monthly rent, or security deposit)
Apartment - Large Room: 2 people per room
