[Job Introduction]
Our company manufactures and assembles automotive parts. To ensure stable production in our constantly evolving manufacturing site, we are seeking an outstanding press foreman. This position will be responsible for managing press equipment and molds, and will perform a variety of tasks, including quality control, production management, personnel management, and on-site management.

[Main duties]
- Press machine and mold management: Press equipment maintenance, mold simple technology response
- Production planning and management: process quality check, identification of causes of defects, and measures to be taken.
- Quality control and inspection: production plan confirmation and work instructions, mold replacement and work preparation assistance, inspection and action taken for factors delaying production.
- Human resource management and team work guidance: checking attendance and work status, training new workers
- On-site safety and work environment management: Work environment and 3-5S management
