Detailed work requirements

We are a manufacturer and manufacturer of PVC high-sash windows.
Since we are a manufacturer that ships finished window products, we must also be capable of (and receive preferential treatment for) glass silicone work.
We are hiring someone with factory manager experience.
We are looking for someone who is not just a simple worker, but someone who can responsibly lead the entire factory's production, personnel, and field management.
