Our nursing home is a single-family home with a capacity of 98 residents, and we prioritize senior-centered care.

We are looking for a caregiver who will treat the elderly with sincerity and a warm heart to join us.

We hope to receive a lot of support from those who want to grow together while being respected as professionals.


• Qualifications: Those with a nursing assistant license (no experience required, recruitment focused on character)

• Working environment: Independent building facilities, systematic training and division of labor

• Value Orientation: A dignified organizational culture that practices senior-centered care.

• Working conditions:
Salary: 2.5 million won or more for 8 night shifts per month
4 major insurances, holiday bonuses are separate
2.57 million won per month including welfare expenses

3 shifts
D: 09:00-18:00 (1 hour break)
E:12:00-21:00 (1 hour break)
N: 21:00-09:00 (3-hour break)

Employment period of 12 to 36 months: KRW 50,000
Employment period of 36 to 60 months: KRW 140,000
Employment period of 60 to 84 months: KRW 160,000
84 months or more of service: KRW 180,000
