Simple workers in building materials manufacturing

SMC (abbreviation for Sheet Molding Compound) raw materials, i.e. unsaturated polyester, reinforcing materials, flame retardants, coloring materials, and release materials, are mixed to form an adhesive sheet and placed in a product mold, and a high-temperature, high-pressure press is used to produce plastic ceiling products.
The ceiling products mentioned here refer to eco-friendly ceiling products such as bathtubs, bathtub aprons, waterproof panels, flat panels, ceiling panels, and inspection holes that go into bathrooms.
Accordingly, workers perform a series of simple manufacturing tasks, and when a product has minor defects such as foreign substances or deformed parts, managers use their long-standing experience and know-how to perform secondary processing and deliver the finished product to the business partner.
