- Starting January 2026, all processes will be operated on a day/night shift basis (every two weeks)
- Entry-level hourly wage: 10,700 won (production experience is recognized differentially based on experience in the same or similar industry, or other manufacturing industries)
(2 weeks during the day and 2 weeks at night, rotating shifts)
