1. Job Description
1) Pickling and sorting cabbage
2) Washing kimchi ingredients such as pickled cabbage
3) Kimchi preparation other than cabbage kimchi filling
4) Kimchi packaging

2. Working hours
1) Basic working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
2) Depending on the schedule, there may be overtime work, early arrival, and holiday work.
3) Annual leave provided
4) Meals provided (including overtime and holiday work), snacks provided

3. Salary
1) Up to 4 million won or more including various allowances
2) More than 2.15 million won per month
3) Transportation expenses paid as a monthly fixed amount
4) Additional subsidy may be provided when commuting to and from work by carpooling with other employees.
5) Long-term employment allows for a maximum of 1.2 million won (annual) in service allowance.
6) Payment of allowance for unused annual leave for a certain period of time
