We believe in the beauty of fermentation, which is achieved through the combination of nature's time and sincerity.
We are looking for talented individuals to continue the fermentation culture, in partnership with Master Han Sang-jun, the 94th Master of Korean Foods.

* Main duties
Naver Smart Store operation and sales management
Planning and improving your own mall's detailed page (conversion rate optimization)
Coupang/Open Market product registration and advertising operation
Naver Search Ads/Shopping Ads Settings and ROAS Management
YouTube planning, uploading, and thumbnail production
Blog/Influencer Collaboration and Experience Group Operation
SNS (Instagram, etc.) content planning and operation
Detailed page and advertising material planning and design (basic editing capabilities)

*Eligibility
2+ years of online marketing experience
Experience in operating Naver Smart Store is required.
Ability to set up ads and analyze data (understand ROAS and conversion rates)
Ability to use basic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in planning and producing detailed pages
Those with content planning and copywriting skills
