[Position and Qualifications]
1. Duties
• Planning and implementation of day/after-school activity service programs for people with developmental disabilities
• Social welfare project planning
• Parental counseling and related work
• Other tasks such as writing documents
• Promotion of responsible business (SNS operation)
2. Qualifications
□ Required Qualifications
• Choose one of the following: social worker qualifications / disabled sports instructor / youth instructor / youth counselor
• Data-driven thinking and a sincere and responsible work attitude
□ Preferential qualifications
• Various vocational rehabilitation-related technical field certifications
Ex) Barista, pastry chef, martial arts qualification (Taekwondo, Kendo, Boxing, etc.)
• Those who have operational skills related to SNS promotion (YouTube, Instagram, blog, etc.)
• Possess simple image creation and editing skills using design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to use video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, Capcut, etc.)
• Experience with public institutions and cultural/welfare-related projects
• Class 1 regular driver's license or higher
3. Working conditions
□ Employment type: Full-time
□ Working hours: 5 days a week / 10:00 ~ 19:00 (Closed on public holidays and Labor Day)
