♣ Wonju City Happy Day is a recruitment event held in the Wonju City Hall multipurpose hall with face-to-face interviews with recruiters. ♣

○ Recruitment fields and job descriptions
1) Production facility operation (5 people): Food and beverage manufacturing production facility operation position (operator)
2) General production workers (10 people): Production process work, packaging, inspection, and other production-related tasks.

○ Eligibility
- Someone who can work two shifts day and night
- No educational background/experience required
- Preference will be given to those with experience working two shifts or with prior experience.

○ Salary: Monthly salary of 3 million won or more (※ Includes overtime and night shift allowances based on two day/night shifts)
* Production offer (KRW 100,000 per month) and preprocessing offer (KRW 150,000 per month) allowances are paid separately: 50% of the training period is applied.

○ Working hours: 5 days a week / 2 shifts day and night
- Weekdays 08:30 ~ 20:30 (Break time: 12:00 ~ 13:00 / 18:00 ~ 19:00)
- 20:30 at night ~ 08:30 the next day (break time: 00:00~01:00 / 05:00~06:00)

○ Work location: Headquarters (145, Jijeong-myeon, Wonju, Gipyodosi-ro) or Hoengseong factory (36, IT Valley-gil, Gonggeun-myeon, Hoengseong-gun)
- The location of work will be decided through discussion during the interview.
- Please note that commuter buses only operate between Wonju and Hoengseong headquarters.
- Commuting by car when working at Wonju headquarters
- Dormitory is only available at Wonju headquarters

○ Employment Type: Full-time (*6-month probationary period applies. However, early transfer may be considered based on a 3-month performance evaluation.)

○ Type: Face-to-face interview at the event site
