Shinmyung Metal Exterior Materials Co., Ltd. is recruiting a construction management (outsourced installation) manager for government-supplied sites.

We are a specialized company in manufacturing and supplying metal exterior materials for excellent procurement products, and we handle everything from manufacturing of building exterior metal finishing materials to on-site installation management.
We are recruiting a person to comprehensively manage and supervise the exterior material construction site.

[Main duties]
- Review of the scope of application of our metal cladding materials
- Review of quantity calculation and details based on drawings
- Metal exterior material construction site process and construction period management
- Review of construction methods and management of construction suitability based on design documents
- Management of outsourced installation companies (process, quality, personnel, etc.)
- Material input and on-site material management
- Established claims and established reviews
- On-site initial meeting and coordination with the ordering party, supervision, and installation team
-Management of field-related documents such as actual information reports and paperwork

[Qualifications]
- Holders of an architectural engineer or technical association certificate
- Those with practical understanding of building exterior finishing (metal exterior materials)
- CAD user (required)
- A person who can interpret drawings and calculate quantities
- Experience in outsourced construction management and site management

[Preferential treatment]
- Architecture, architecture major
- Preference given to experience in exterior construction management
- Preference will be given to those with a high level of understanding of Public Procurement Service delivery and government supply.
-Experience in managing existing inventory, details, and quantity
- CAD proficient
- Those who can travel on business trips (main business trip areas are Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam, and Chungcheong)
