*Working Hours and Conditions*

1. Those who can work 3 shifts (8 hours per day, 5 days a week/excluding break time) -> If working on a holiday, work on a weekday instead.
2. (07:30~17:30/10:00~22:00/22:00~08:00)
=> Flexible working arrangements are in effect.
3. When an employee has been employed for more than one year, a performance evaluation is conducted and a seniority allowance is selectively paid at a meeting of the personnel committee.
