Recruitment for production workers (simple preprocessing of agricultural products)

▶ Simple production such as selection, washing, processing (cutting, peeling, etc.) of agricultural products (vegetables/greens), and packaging
▶ Work available to both beginners and foreigners
▶ Facility Operator: Evaluation after completing a 2-3 month training course - Separate compensation paid when performing OP duties
▶ Forklift Operators: Forklift license holders and drivers - Separate allowances are paid when performing duties.
(Production is the main job, forklift work is secondary - production 90% or more, forklift work less than 10%)

▶ Working hours - 5 days a week
1. Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (Overtime may be required)
In case of high volume, work on Saturdays (on average once a month)

▶ 3-month contract work - conversion to full-time employment after performance evaluation (skill, attendance, cooperation, etc.) (currently over 95% conversion rate)
