Inner Solution is hiring a fabric/sponge cutting, molding, and cutting production worker (40 hours per week/1 month or more).

We are a manufacturer of sponge molds for women's underwear.

<Job Description>
- Bonded sponge cutting work assistance (50-60 inches)
- Assistance with fabric cutting work,
- Fabric forming work
- Cutting the bonding molding sponge to fit the mold

* Since it is an adhesive fabric, those who are sensitive to smells may have difficulty working with it.
* This work is mainly done standing up (only cutting is done sitting down)
* Since this involves moving rolled fabric, it requires strength and stamina (equivalent to 20-40 kg).

Working Conditions

- Minimum hourly wage applies during the training period (1 to 2 months) (10,320 won per hour as of 2026)
- Conversion to full-time employment after training period (monthly salary before tax 2.16 million to 2.2 million won, negotiable) 4 major insurances
- 09:00~18:00, 8 hours a day, Monday~Friday
(Almost no overtime or special work)
- Lunch time (11:40-12:40), lunch provided
