Oversees the entire powder coating process, and performs the role of ensuring the best coating quality and productivity through process management, quality maintenance, facility maintenance, and personnel management according to the production plan.
2. Detailed job description
1) Process and production management
Work instructions and process optimization: Prioritize tasks and assign lines according to daily production plans.
Pretreatment process management: management of pretreatment chemical concentrations such as degreasing, washing, and filming, and process status monitoring.
Painting process management: Setting and optimizing painting conditions such as spray amount, constant pressure, and conveyor speed.
Curing Management: Manage oven temperature profiles and monitor drying times.
2) Quality and technology management
Coating quality inspection: Coating thickness measurement, adhesion test, color inspection (color difference management), and appearance defect judgment
Defect Analysis and Improvement: Analysis of the causes of paint defects (pinholes, flow, unpainted parts, etc.) and establishment of measures to prevent recurrence.
Color Change Management: Check booth cleaning status and reduce change time when changing colors.
3) Facility and safety management
Equipment maintenance: Regular inspection of major equipment such as paint guns, hoses, booths, dust collectors, and ovens, and management of consumables.
Environmental and Safety Management: Workplace 5S activities, hazardous chemical management, supervision of protective equipment use, and fire prevention.
4) Organization and personnel management
Field workforce management: worker job training, attendance management, and technology transfer.
