Detailed work requirements

- Assembly of automobile parts (seats and related parts), 2 shifts day and night
- Beginners can work, overtime work available on Saturdays
- Overtime and Saturday special work available (separate allowance provided)
- Basic monthly salary of 3.5 million won or more -> Hourly wage of 11,490 won*243 hours paid (paid on Saturdays), 300% bonus (differentiated payment after 3 months, full amount after 1 year) / Overtime pay is separate
