Smart Store and Coupang Open Market overall operations
Product exposure, order/delivery status management, and sales data monitoring

Product registration and detail page management
Register new products, edit images and detailed descriptions
Enhance product competitiveness through keyword and content optimization

Customer Response and Review Management
Customer feedback management including reviews, Q&A, and 1:1 inquiries
Improvement of products and services based on customer response and reviews
