Recruitment of production workers (melting and casting)

Sampo Industry Co., Ltd. is recruiting low-frequency melting/casting production workers at its Eumseong plant.
1. Job Description and Recruitment Details
- Copper pipe production melting and casting work
- No experience required, but experience is preferred
- To be trained to the level of a melting/casting assistant in the future
- Preference given to those with a forklift license, owning a car is required (no commuter bus)
- Support for obtaining a forklift license for those without a forklift license (application fee)

2. Wage conditions
- New employees: Hourly wage: 10,320 won / Wage negotiations to be held after completion of the 3-month trial period
- Experienced employees: Wage negotiations are underway, with an hourly wage of 11,000 won or more.

3. Welfare matters
- Bonus payment based on quarterly production performance (up to 37.5% per quarter, up to 150% per year)
- Differentiated bonus payment based on monthly productivity
- Holiday bonus payment (up to 300,000 won)
- Provision of accommodations in Geumwang-eup (rental support, management fees, and utility bills for workers)
