Job Description
We are looking for a team leader-level social worker to carry out all social work duties.

Experience: Experience (required)
Job Description: W4C admission/discharge reporting, salary contract through Long-Term Care Insurance Corporation,
Overall duties of social workers, including beneficiary management, program planning and implementation, and dispatch
*Preference given to those with facility evaluation experience*

Providing allowances or gift certificates when selected as excellent employees
