- Identify risk factors and establish improvement plans
- Conduct safety inspections and safety training
- Safety training for partners and new employees
- Establishment of an emergency response system
- Analysis of the causes of accidents and disasters and measures to prevent recurrence
- Activities to establish 5S and safety culture on site
