Smart Farm Cultivation (Plant Factory Production) Recruitment

1. Duties
Overall smart farm cultivation operations
(planting, transplanting, harvesting, etc. in an indoor vertical farm growing European vegetables)

2. Working conditions
- Working days and hours: 9:00-18:00, 5 days a week, Monday through Saturday
- Overtime: Depending on the nature of crop cultivation, overtime may be required for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

3. Qualifications
- No academic background required
- No experience required (beginners welcome)
- Preference given to those who can work long-term

4. Other matters
- Commuter bus service
- Meals provided
