Sharon Nursing Home is recruiting caregivers (to drive to and from Seosan and Hongseong)

Detailed work requirements

1. Physical care
Feeding assistance: If the person is unable to feed themselves, assistance with eating or provision of meals is provided.
Bathing and Hygiene Care: Personal hygiene care for the subject (bathing, brushing teeth, washing face, etc.).
Toilet assistance: If you have difficulty using the toilet, assistance with movement and cleaning is provided.
Changing clothes: If the person has difficulty changing clothes on his or her own, provide assistance.
Positioning and transfer assistance: Assists individuals who have difficulty getting out of bed or transferring.
2. Health care
Medication Management: Helping patients take their prescribed medications correctly.
Check your temperature, blood pressure, and blood sugar: Monitor your health and check for any abnormalities.
Wound care: If there is a wound, basic first aid and management support.
3. Emotional and social support
Conversation and Social Interaction: Provide emotional support to those who may feel lonely and help them maintain social relationships through conversation.
Light exercise and activity: Promote the physical health of the person by encouraging exercise or engaging in activities together.
Participate in leisure activities: Provide mental and emotional stimulation through a variety of leisure activities such as art, music, reading, and games.
4. Other support tasks
Daily Living Management: Helps the client maintain his or her living environment and also assists with cleaning and organizing the living space.
Record management: Record the subject's health status, changes, etc. and provide them to nurses or medical staff.
Communicate with the family: Report to the family about the subject's condition or changes and reflect their requests.
5. Emergency response
First aid: In case of an emergency, perform simple first aid and notify medical personnel.
Risk Prevention: Prevent risk factors such as falls and worsening of illness, and help people maintain a safe environment.
