Group 1 07:30~19:30 / Group 2 19:30~07:30
Each group has a 30-minute lunch break and a 1-hour and 10-minute break.

- Plans to switch to a three-shift system in the future

- New recruits (acquiring film manufacturing extrusion technology)

- Preference given to those with experience (those with agricultural/industrial production experience)
