Detailed work requirements

1. Facility Overview
- Flower house operated by the Eumseong Gamgok Wondang-ri Cooperative
- Approximately 1000 pyeong
- Equipped with bed and smart farm facilities
- Skindapsus (plant) specialty farm

2. Main tasks
- Cuttings for Skindapsus cultivation (cutting and planting)
- Other simple tasks

3. Support
- Farmhouses provided within the village (3 minutes from the farm, housing costs deducted)
- Motorcycles provided for transportation (limited to license holders)
- Holiday bonuses provided (twice a year)

4. Others
- Priority hiring of domestic workers
- If hiring becomes difficult, we are considering hiring legally qualified foreigners in the future.
