<Job Description>
Crop Management - Simple tasks according to work instructions
Harvest - daily, not heavy
Sorting and packaging - a delicate task that requires daily care.

Working conditions - 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 2-hour break (including 1-hour lunch), overtime work on the same day is possible depending on workload
Closed on 1st day of the week and 4th day of the month

Wages - Calculated at 10,030 won per hour based on working hours
