Despite their large size, horses are very gentle and obedient animals. They won't attack people, so there's no need to be overly fearful. Even beginners with no prior riding experience can learn and master the craft.

It would be even better if you are good at handling agricultural machinery such as forklifts or other equipment.

Because it is a riding center with a lot of tourists, work is required on weekends and there are two days off during the week.
Standard business hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

However, since you must complete horse care before members use it, you must arrive earlier than your regular work hours. Therefore, you must be available to work overtime in the morning. Furthermore, since providing horse feeding is a daily task, you must work overtime even on your days off. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly wage.
