[SMT] PCB/Assembly/Inspection/Materials/OP Day or Night Shift Production Worker Recruitment

* SMT OP / Inspection (2 shifts, day and night)
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
-Night: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM
- Hourly wage: 10,030 won for new hires (increase of 100 won every 3 months / up to 400 won max) Job allowance of 150,000 won paid separately
10,430 won per year of experience, 300,000 won per year of job allowance paid separately
# OP Main duties: PCB production SMT equipment operation #
# Inspector: Inspection of defective PCB products (monitor and visual inspection) #

*Material receipt/withdrawal management (fixed weekly work)
- Weekdays: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (overtime may be required)
- Main duties: Classification of initial incoming materials, input into PC, and distribution of materials to the production team.
- Hourly wage: 10,430 won
- Separate payment of 200,000 won in job allowance

* Automotive parts PCB assembly production site (fixed weekly shift)
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (overtime may be required)
-Main duties: Assembling and inspecting manufactured PCB products into finished products.
- Hourly wage: Starting at 10,030 won, with an increase of 100 won every 3 months (up to a maximum increase of 400 won)

# 4 commuter buses operating throughout Cheongju
# Select excellent employees from all employees every month and provide incentives (KRW 100,000 to KRW 400,000)
# Average wage (2.3 to 2.6 million won during the day) / (2.9 to 3.4 million won or more during the night)
# Payday: 10th of every month
# Break time: 10-minute break every 2 hours, 50-minute lunch
