■ Job Description: Nursing Caregiver (Night Shift)

* After working "day and night shifts" for 3 months after joining the company, you will be transferred to "night shift"

■ Job Description: All tasks related to elderly care and life guidance, and writing nursing logs
- Shift incentives are paid after 3 months of full-time employment based on the shift system.
- Includes meal allowance

■ Night shift (5 days a week)
- Yayayahyuyahyu: (Night: 6 PM - 9 AM)
- Use of substitute holidays when working on public holidays
- Nighttime sleep time (4 hours)
- Transferred to night shift after 3 months of employment

■ Shift work (maintaining pattern system)
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Nighttime: 6:00 PM - 9:00 AM
- Use of substitute holidays when working on public holidays
