Dongseo Industrial Co., Ltd. is a technology-oriented manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-precision industrial parts for defense, nuclear power equipment, wind power components, and semiconductor equipment.
In order to upgrade our production facilities and respond to new projects, we are recruiting skilled technicians in the fields of MCT and CNC vertical lathes as follows.

✅ Recruitment sector and number of people
Recruitment Field Personnel Main Responsibilities
1 MCT Technician - Operates MCT equipment and programs
- Process setting and condition setting
- Quality check and simple maintenance during the process
1 CNC Vertical Lathe Technician - Machining and dimensional measurement of vertical lathe (large, precision)
- Perform drawing-based work
- Equipment abnormality diagnosis and simple measures

🛠️ Status of major facilities (9 units in total)
▪ MCT and horizontal machining equipment (total of 6 units)
MCT: Unit 21, Unit 12, Unit 9.5, Unit 6.5

Horizontal MCT: Unit 6

Horizontal boring machine: Φ110

▪ Vertical lathes (3 units total)
TVL160 (processing diameter Φ2000)

950 (Φ950)

850 (Φ850)

📌 Qualifications
Experience in operating related equipment (preference given to those with 3 or more years of experience)

Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand machining

Ability to set process conditions and judge quality

Possible to perform facility maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Collaborative work ethic and sincere attitude

💼 Working conditions
Salary conditions: Hourly wage of 13,000 won or more (negotiable based on experience and technical skills)

Employment type: Full-time (converted to full-time after probationary period)

Working hours: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), 07:30 - 19:30

Workplace: 21-1, Wollim-ro 39beon-gil, Seongsan-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do
