- 2 shifts or 3 shifts depending on the situation, and break time is 1 hour including meal time and break time.
- Basic salary of 2,060,740 won for 6 months of training (200,000 won per month for transportation expenses separately supported) Annual salary of 40 million won or more guaranteed in the first year after the training period
- Differentiated incentives based on individual ability
- Guaranteed annual salary of 50 million won for 3 years or more
- Incentives, 4 major insurances, lunch provided, annual leave, weekly holiday allowance, etc.
