[Customer Management/Export Operations] Recruitment of Pinozen Brand Operations Practitioners

Pinozen is a small organization of 2-3 people that has developed a pine needle skincare brand called 'Pinesu' and a food brand based on the natural ingredient 'pine needle water' and is exporting them not only domestically but also internationally!
We aim to be a small but sophisticated organization.
This position will act as the front line of the brand together with the CEO of Pinozen (responding to business partners).
We are looking for someone who can silently continue to execute according to strategy and direction!

Don't worry if you don't have any experience!

▶Main duties
1. Business Partner Management
=Respond flexibly to client requests and organize the flow
🔧 Main duties
Correspond to existing business partners (email, messenger, phone, etc.)
Organize and report business partner requests
In case of an issue, take action after consulting with the representative
Organize buyer schedules and record requests

2. Export Operations
=Manage export flow from order to delivery (buyer order receipt → production request → delivery schedule)
Buyer order receipt → Production request → Delivery schedule coordination
Check factory production management schedule and respond to partners
Outsourcing of label text, ingredient list, packaging materials, etc.
Assistance in organizing export-related data such as shipment and customs clearance
※ Even if you don’t know anything about export business! Don’t worry!
※ It would be great if you are good at English! But!!! You don't have to be fluent!
Just saying "My name is 000" is enough to get the job done without any problems!!

3. Brand operation practices
=Practitioners who connect the company's direction to execution (partners who put strategy into action)
🔧 Main duties
Content practice assistant
Assist in planning product messages and verify label text
Organize product composition information and assist with drafting promotional materials
Organize reporting materials and implement representative instructions

Employment type: Full-time (training period) - 3 months
Working hours: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) 09:00-18:00
