Simple worker in manufacturing eco-friendly plastic products

SMC (abbreviation for Sheet Molding Compound) raw materials, i.e. unsaturated polyester, reinforcing materials, flame retardants, coloring materials, release materials, etc. are mixed and placed into an adhesive sheet state in a product mold, and a high temperature, high pressure press is used to produce a plastic ceiling product.
The ceiling products referred to here are eco-friendly ceiling products such as bathtubs, bath aprons, waterproofing panels, flat panels, ceiling panels, and inspection holes for use in bathrooms.
Accordingly, workers perform a series of simple manufacturing tasks, and when there are minor defects in the product, such as foreign substances or deformed parts, managers perform secondary processing using their long-standing experience and know-how and deliver the finished product to the business partner.
