Detailed work requirements

Preference will be given to those with experience as a franchise store manager!!

(Current stores: Gwanggyo branch, Ilsan Bellacita branch)

- 5 days a week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sun) - Day off = Fri, Sat

- Overall operation and management of branch stores
- Inventory management and ordering of products (manufactured goods and others)
- Store order and shipping statement
- Employee training and work support
- Activities to improve customer service
- Sales and store performance management
- Profit and loss calculation by branch
- Event management for each branch store
