■ Job Description: All tasks related to elderly care and life guidance, and writing nursing logs
- Shift incentives are paid after 3 months of full-time employment based on shift system
- Includes meal allowance

■ Night shift (5 days a week)
- Yayayahyuyahyu: (Night: 6 PM - 9 AM)
- Use of substitute holidays when working on public holidays
- Have a night sleep time (4 hours)

■ Shift work (maintaining pattern system) - Additional continuous recruitment
- Weekdays Weekdays: (Daytime: 09:00~18:00, Nighttime: 18:00~09:00)
