Seeking workers to sort crushed construction waste, waste concrete, etc. as they are moved on conveyors

We are an environmental company that handles construction waste.
The job position is one that requires standing and manually sorting out scrap concrete, etc. and separating them from steel bars and other materials on a conveyor belt.
We are looking for simple laborers for our work process.
Working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with a 1-hour break and a 1-hour lunch break in the morning and afternoon)
Working conditions are Monday-Friday
