SMC (short for Sheet Molding Compound) raw materials, i.e. unsaturated polyester, reinforcing materials, flame retardants, coloring materials, release materials, etc. are mixed and placed into an adhesive sheet state in a product mold, and a high temperature, high pressure press is used to produce a plastic ceiling product.
The ceiling products mentioned here refer to eco-friendly ceiling products such as bathtubs, bath aprons, waterproofing panels, flat panels, ceiling panels, and inspection holes for use in bathrooms.
Accordingly, workers perform a series of simple manufacturing tasks, and when there are minor defects in the product, such as foreign substances or deformed parts, managers perform secondary processing using their long-standing experience and know-how and deliver the finished product to the business partner.
