Hello, we are an e-commerce company that operates a brand and sells products online. I started as a one-person business and am currently in the process of building the company's system. As a Korean expatriate who also started from scratch in Korea, I know better than anyone how formidable weapons a willingness to work and a sense of 'desperation' are, rather than flashy credentials.

I do not consider an applicant's educational background or qualifications. Instead, I am looking for 'talent' who will grow the company with me and build their skills from the ground up. While I approach work with focus, I do not tolerate excessive workloads or overtime/weekend work.

We place more importance on sincerity and a willingness to learn than on academic background or impressive credentials. Grandiose qualifications are not necessary. We welcome those with a strong desire to grow, even if their credentials are lacking. We place more importance on the mindset demonstrated through the motivation for applying and the content of the self-introduction than on the specifications listed on the resume.

We are looking for someone to experience the real-world landscape of the online business firsthand. We are seeking someone who wants to grow with us by learning how a business actually operates, rather than just doing time-wasting work.

Recruitment Overview
Job Recruitment: Assisting with overall practical work such as design, Excel organization, parcel packing, and logistics operations.
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including 1 hour lunch break)
Workplace: Okgil-dong, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do (Parking available)

Main tasks

Shopping Mall Operation Practice

· Practical tasks related to shopping mall operation, such as organizing product registration Excel files

· Assistance with basic promotion and operational management within the platform

· Routine practical support necessary for operations

Design and content work

· Creation of detail pages and simple banner images

· Simple content editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut, etc.

Eligibility requirements

· Those who can communicate in Korean,

· Basic computer skills

· Someone who can communicate with a bright and positive attitude

· Someone with an open perspective on overseas transactions or global business
