Job Overview:
CMC Global is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled pre-sales consultant to support strategic collaborations with large Korean clients. This role will bridge the gap between client requirements and our technical solutions, playing a critical role in securing new business and delivering successful solutions.
Main duties:
· We work with our sales team to understand the needs of our Korean corporate clients and propose customized IT solutions.
· We present the capabilities of our solutions through product presentations, demos, and workshops.
· We analyze our customers' problems and business processes to design optimal outsourcing and technology solutions.
· Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and technical documentation.
· As a trusted advisor to our Korean clients, we resolve technical issues and ensure alignment with business goals.
· Collaborate with delivery, product, and technology teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
· Continuously monitor Korean market trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations.
· Support marketing and business development activities, including webinars, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Master's degree or related certification (AWS, PMP, TOGAF, etc.) preferred.
· At least 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
· Deep understanding of IT outsourcing models, particularly in software development, cloud, and managed services.
· Experience with enterprise technologies such as Python, Go, and Java, as well as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps tools.
· Understanding of Korean business culture and corporate IT environment.
· Ability to communicate complex technical concepts as business value to non-technical stakeholders.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Korean.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
· Customer-centric thinking with a consulting approach.
