Kids English Center Needs English Speaking Staff *Part-Time* (Jamsil, Seoul)

Hello, we are a newly opened play-based kids center, WINI PLAY, in Jamsil area, Seoul.
We are looking for energetic, fun, caring staff who have fluent English and big heart for children.

*Positions Available

Lead Staff
Assistant Staff

*Duties

- Lead play-based activities like story time, game, craft, simple cooking, etc with up to 3kids aged 3-9 yrs old.
- Interact with and supervise the children during free play hour.
- Check-in/out with kids and parents.
- Help prepare and plan the activities for future event with the team when no sessions are held.
- Get familiar with the materials in advance.
- Maintain the environment clean, safe, organized for the children

*Qualification

-Native (or near-native like) English speaker
-Visa status: F visa holders, H-1 visa holders (with 6+ month valid working period), D visa holders (with valid working permit)
-Energetic, active, and love working with kids
-Punctual, flexible, respectful, and responsible team player
Lead Staff applicants: Experience in a similar early childhood or play-based setting preferred.

*Hours

Our center runs from 12pm to 6pm, 4 sessions are held a day, with each session goes for 2 hours.
The detail work hour will be discussed during the interview. We prefer candidates who can commit 2-3 days in weekdays + 2 weekend days. 

*Pay

Up to 20,000 KRW/hr

Final rate will differ based the position(Lead/Assistant) as well as language fluency, experience, and performance

Strong performance will be actively considered for promotion and pay adjustments.
