Through a systematic, hands-on program, they are offered opportunities to work at golf courses in Korea and abroad. Overcoming language and cultural barriers, they can build successful careers. - Foreigners with a Korean language proficiency level of TOPIC 4 or higher/Social Integration Program level 4 or higher (not applicable if not met)

📌 For international students majoring in sports science
① After caddie training during the semester (7-9 months), change to F2R visa upon graduation → employment at a golf course
② After completing 6 months of corporate training at the training center during the graduation semester, change to F2R visa → employment at a golf course
③ You can work as a golf caddy for 5 years, and then easily apply for an F5 permanent residency visa.
📌 For international students who are not majoring in sports science
① After graduation, register at the Caddie Talent Training Center and change to F2R visa after 8 weeks of training → Employment at a golf course
② Sign a contract as a freelancer, sign up for golf course industrial accident insurance, and sign up for health insurance/national pension individually

- Training begins every Monday after passing the exam.
 | 📍 Greetings and Stretching (Etiquette) Since you need to greet your customers with a bright and cheerful smile when meeting them for the first time, we will learn basic greetings and stretches to ensure a pleasant round with them. |
 | 📍 Plaza Waiting - Customer Service Learn sequentially what to prepare at the starting square before the customer arrives.

 | 📍 Club classes Learn how to handle your clubs with ease so that your round flow is seamless and enjoyable.

 | 📍 Green Class Learn the know-how to shorten the time and manage the game with quality by familiarizing yourself with the route in an area that requires the caddie's delicacy and skill.

 | 📍 Kart class Learn how to drive a cart, which plays a vital role in protecting your customers' safety and your caddies' health in the event of a fall.
|
 | 📍 Practical round training By gaining hands-on experience on the field, you gain practical experience and pave the way to becoming a house caddie quickly. |

✅ Program Process
 | 01 Caddy Application and Interview Foreign applicants will be evaluated through an interview after applying to become caddies, and only those who pass will sign an employment contract with the golf course where they plan to work. |
 | 02 Application for local government specialized talent Applications will be accepted for local government-specific, specialized talent. |
 | 03 F2R Visa Application and Training Center Admission Apply for an Immigration F2R visa and enter the Caddie Talent Training Center to receive systematic training. |
 | 04 F2R Visa Approval F2R visa approval is completed during the Caddy Talent Education Center training course. |
 | 05 Completion of Caddie Talent Training Center Complete a solid training course to become a professional caddy. |
 | 06 Golf Course Employment You will start a new career by getting a job right away at a golf course that has an agreement with the Caddie Talent Training Center. |
