Hello! This is Huong.😊
Today, I'd like to introduce agricultural jobs !

The timing of field work varies depending on the season, and from March to May is the time to plow the field, apply fertilizer, and plant seeds. As the temperature rises, the full-scale farming begins.
The farming season begins and crops grow from June to August , so it is important to water, remove weeds, and control pests and diseases.
However, from September to November is the harvest season. Grains and vegetables are harvested and the fields are prepared for the next farming season.
December to February is a difficult time for crops to grow, so it is the time to apply fertilizer and prepare for the next farming season.
Depending on the time of year, the work process may also vary.
The first step in starting field work is to prepare the soil . To grow good crops, you must first till the soil well and fertilize it.
It's important to create a rich soil. In late winter and early spring, turn the soil deeply to loosen it.
This process helps to aerate the soil and eliminates pests and weed seeds in the ground.
The second step is sowing seeds and planting seedlings. After deciding which crops to grow, this is the stage where you sow seeds or plant seedlings.
Depending on the size and characteristics of the seeds, they should be planted at an appropriate depth and spacing, and seedlings should be planted carefully to avoid damaging the roots.

Next comes maintenance . Water the plants, remove weeds, and add fertilizer as needed to keep them healthy.
Plants need to be supplied with the appropriate amount of water needed for growth, and each crop requires different amounts and water cycles, so care must be taken.
And weeds can interfere with crop growth, so they should be removed regularly. Plants, like people, require nutrients.
Appropriate nutrition must be provided according to the growth stage, and organic or chemical fertilizers must be used appropriately.

Finally, there's harvesting and storage . Depending on the crop, harvesting can be done by hand or by machine.
Vegetables must be harvested carefully, and grains require drying and storage. To maintain freshness, harvested crops must be stored in an appropriate location.

From March to December, various types of farm work are available depending on the season, and can be done by men, women, and older people.
Due to the variety of work, you can earn around 90,000 to 120,000 won per day, and you will be paid on the same day based on the work done.
Working hours are usually 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There is a lunch break, but meals are not provided. Dormitories are available, with double occupancy.
The locations are diverse, including Gangwon-do, Daejeon, Yeongju, Eumseong, Daejeon, Boryeong, Chuncheon, Seongju, and Chungju, and anyone residing in Korea can work there.
