💡 A Word from JOBPLOY
There is a lot of work involving disassembling, assembling, and repairing large agricultural machinery while traveling between rural sites and workshops. During busy farming seasons, such as spring rice planting and autumn harvesting, emergency on-site visits and maintenance tasks tend to be concentrated. Since handling heavy parts is frequent, work safety rules must be strictly followed, and basic Korean communication skills are required to understand part names and basic maintenance instructions.
