Business Areas

• Engineering plastic (EP) compounding and coloring: We perform compounding and precision coloring processing of various engineering plastic raw materials such as ABS, PC, PC/ABS, and NYLON. Based on a Computer Color Matching (CCM) system, we build a database to provide excellent color reproducibility and uniform quality. We conduct customized resin blending tailored to specific physical properties required by client companies, such as flame retardancy, heat resistance, and impact resistance.
• Precision plastic injection molding: We produce high-quality plastic parts by introducing precision injection methods such as gas injection hollow molding. Based on excellent productivity and facility management capabilities, we process products with outstanding appearance quality and dimensional stability. We are equipped with a production system that responds quickly to the small-quantity, high-mix demands of large companies and partner firms.

• Compound resin (ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PBT, NYLON, etc.): An engineering plastic resin product line with various specifications, including general-purpose, flame-retardant, heat-resistant, and glass fiber (GF) reinforced types. It is supplied to various industrial fields such as automobiles, electronics, and industrial materials, exhibiting excellent mechanical properties. It maintains consistent quality through thorough physical property tests by specification.
• Own brand resin (Alloy-BISEN): An Alloy synthetic resin product of our own brand that maximizes impact resistance and processability by combining the advantages of different resins. It is developed according to the customer's special applications and specifications and is used in the manufacture of high-performance industrial parts. It is recognized for its high physical property uniformity and reliability.

• Precision color matching and thorough quality control system: We secure color reproducibility with minimized error ranges through a CCM (Computer Color Matching) system. We thoroughly operate comprehensive physical property tests such as impact strength, fluidity, tensile strength, and flexural modulus, as well as foreign substance management standards. Through this, we stably supply standardized, high-quality raw materials.
• Customer-tailored high-mix low-volume production responsiveness: We possess a flexible sales and production system capable of agilely responding to small-quantity, high-mix, and special physical property requirements that are difficult for large companies to handle. We provide close support from the early development stage of the customer to propose the optimal resin blending recipe.
