• Manufacturing of Transformer Winding Equipment: We specialize in manufacturing large-capacity vertical/horizontal winding machines and mandrels, which are essential equipment for the distribution and power transformer production process. By applying precision winding technology that replaces imported equipment, we increase the productivity and quality of transformer coil processing.
• Development of Automatic Core Stacking Systems: We manufacture smart automation systems that automatically separate, align, stack, and stand up transformer core iron cores. We build stacking lines and turners by specification that can handle everything from small to large power equipment cores.

Products

• Transformer Winding Machines and Mandrels: These are vertical/horizontal winding machines that stably wind high and low voltage coils for power and molded transformers. We supply integrated dedicated mandrels that excel in tension control and load support for large-diameter wire materials.
• Automatic Core Stacking Systems and Turners: This is high-performance automation equipment that precisely feeds core laminations one by one and automatically stacks them according to set specifications. We minimize process risks by linking the system with turners that safely stand the iron core vertically after the work is completed.
• Core Assembly Workbenches and 400-ton Bogies: These are workbenches and heavy-duty transport bogies used for internal assembly and maintenance of large transformers. They allow for the safe transport and positioning of ultra-heavy electrical equipment weighing up to several hundred tons within the site.
