Business Areas

• Probe Card Business: We design and manufacture core components that inspect the electrical operation of individual chips at the wafer stage after the semiconductor manufacturing front-end process. We supply product lineups for high-difficulty non-memory and HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) inspection, as well as memory semiconductors such as DRAM and NAND Flash.
• Interface Board Business: We develop and supply intermediary hardware that transmits electrical signals between semiconductor test systems and the semiconductor chips under test without loss. We fully support high-frequency signal integrity verification for high-speed memory such as DDR, LPDDR, and GDDR, as well as advanced non-memory semiconductors like CPUs, GPUs, and APs.
• Test Socket and Inspection System Business: We supply rubber-type and pogo-pin-type test sockets to evaluate the quality and reliability of final packaged semiconductor chips. In addition, we are expanding our business into the display and LED inspection system field, including probe units for OLED display panel inspection.

Products

• Probe Card: A core test component that precisely connects micro-pads on semiconductor wafers to tester equipment to screen out defective chips early. It incorporates MEMS technology to handle high-density, ultra-fine patterns, ensuring high contact reliability and durability.
• Interface Board: A high-performance interconnection board designed based on ultra-high-speed multi-layer PCB design and 3D simulation technology. We perform ultra-precision surface mount processes in our own Fab to provide excellent signal integrity and delivery competitiveness.
• Test Socket: A consumable precision inspection socket used in the final semiconductor packaging process to mount chips and determine functional defects. We supply both silicone rubber and pogo pin types, optimizing them for overall memory and non-memory devices.
