Business Areas

• Metal Standard Material Processing and Distribution: We handle standard steel plates such as mold steel, tool steel, carbon steel, S45C, and SS400, and supply them after precision NC cutting, milling, and grinding. We operate a systematic delivery and quality management system from primary raw material cutting to finished product dimensional machining.
• Mold Base Manufacturing: We manufacture standard mold bases and small/medium custom mold bases required for injection, die-casting, and press molds. Based on CAD/CAM design, we minimize deformation after machining and ensure durability and precision.
• Mold Core Precision Machining and Gun Drilling: We perform mold core shape machining such as main cores and slide cores, as well as pre-machining (finishing) based on drawings and gun drilling for deep holes. We provide customized mold core part solutions using high-precision machining equipment.

• Standard and Small/Medium Custom Mold Bases: These are mold bases for injection and die-casting produced based on automated equipment and long-standing manufacturing know-how. They are supplied to domestic and international mold manufacturing sites with precise dimensional machining and excellent durability.
• Standard Steel Plates and Mold/Tool Steel Processing Materials: These are material products that have been precision-cut, surface-milled, and ground to meet customer-requested dimensions using carefully selected raw materials. We have a rapid delivery system in place to help realize cost savings and shortened processes.
• Pre-machined Parts and Core Machined Parts: These are precision machined parts that have undergone finishing and gun drilling using 5-axis machines and machining centers based on customer-provided drawings. They increase work efficiency and precision in subsequent mold assembly processes.
