Due to the nature of the fishery where Taegeon-ho departs early in the morning, work takes place from early hours (around 3 AM) until the morning, and it is physically demanding. As the work mainly consists of shipboard tasks, fishing gear organization, and landing operations, adherence to safety rules and basic health management are important. As it is a small, one-person-centered business, smooth communication and trust-building with the ship owner are very helpful for a smooth work experience.
