• Manufacturing of CNC Wire Cut EDM Machines (EDM): Equipped with self-developed CNC devices, electrical discharge power supplies and control units, and automatic wire feeding devices, our machines boast high precision and stability. With a diverse product lineup including submerged and semi-submerged types, we cater to the needs of customers in various industries such as molds, automotive, and electronic components.

Products

• Wire Cut EDM Machines (Submerged/Semi-submerged): We produce various models such as S43, S64, S85, S85H, S1060H (submerged type) and S1060, S1380, S1510 (semi-submerged type). These machines enable precision machining of all electrically conductive materials, including cemented carbide, hardened heat-treated steel, and stainless steel, regardless of their hardness.
• CNC Wire Cut EDM Machine (6-Axis): We have introduced technology that allows for processing while rotating the product by adding an additional axis to existing 5-axis equipment. This enables precise output of complex shapes and allows for up to 6th and 7th order cutting, as well as improved surface finish.
