Shinsung Metal Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of cutting tools and compatible tools located in the Namdong Industrial Complex in Namdong-gu, Incheon. Since its establishment in 2017, the company has been engaged in the production of high-precision special tools, dental end mills, PCD and CBN tools, as well as the special metal resource recycling business. Business Areas

• Special precision cutting tool manufacturing: We custom-design and manufacture special-specification drills, end mills, and reamers tailored to our clients' machining conditions and applications. Using 5-axis CNC tool grinders and simulation technology, we stably supply tools for demanding precision machining.
• Development of high-value-added dental and special machining tools: We produce high-performance dental end mills and high-difficulty skiving tools specialized for dental prosthetics and implant processing. Through proprietary patented technology and continuous R&D, we are securing competitiveness in the special machining market.
• Special metal and waste carbide resource recycling: We conduct a recycling business that collects and recycles scrap of depletable rare metals such as tungsten and cobalt used in carbide tools, as well as carbide sludge. Through raw material recycling, we are realizing environmental protection and the establishment of a stable metal supply chain.

• Customized special tools (drills, end mills, reamers): These are cutting tools made to order for special shapes or high-difficulty machining tasks that are difficult to process with standard tools. With excellent durability and precision, they shorten cycle times at parts machining sites.
• Ultra-precision end mills for dental processing: These are patented tools optimized for fine precision machining of prosthetic materials such as dental zirconia and titanium. They provide excellent wear resistance and cutting performance, ensuring uniform quality results.
