• Tungsten Carbide Alloy Manufacturing: Shinsaeng Industry Co., Ltd. manufactures tungsten carbide alloys, which are the second hardest materials after diamond, by blending tungsten and cobalt, and has established leading technology in the domestic special metals field. We produce about 40 types of grades, from assembly grades for mining and civil engineering to ultra-fine grades.
• Production of Precision Mold Part Materials: We produce and supply various precision mold part materials, including lead frame mold parts, press and various terminal mold parts, secondary battery mold parts, and LED, LCD related mold parts.
• Supply of Cutting Tool and Roll/Die Materials: We develop and supply materials used in various cutting tools such as burnishing drills and end mills, as well as ultra-hard rolls and various types of dies to improve productivity during rolling.

• Precision Mold Parts: Includes lead frame mold parts, press and various terminal mold parts, Trim/Form and Mold mold parts, Pot & Plunger, motor core and various core mold parts, secondary battery mold parts, LED, LCD related mold parts, and various sheet metal parts.
• Forging and Powder Mold Materials: These are molds consisting of Dies and Punches for cold forging, warm forging, and hot forging, used in the manufacturing of automotive parts. They improve impact resistance and wear resistance during forging, providing ease of shape processing and extending mold life.
• Cutting-related Materials: We possess technology that suppresses chipping and oxidation caused by high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting by adding carbides to fine WC. We supply materials mainly used in various cutting tools such as burnishing drills, drills, reamers, and end mills, and also produce SHIM (seat) and JAW, which are cutting jigs.
